No European Playstation Vita In 2011

Want a Playstation Vita? Can't wait till Christmas morning so you can rush downstairs, rip that wrapping paper open and get your fiddly little fingers on one? Well I have bad news for you. If CVG and VG247 are to be believed then Sony will not be releasing the PS Vita in Europe until 2012, Sure to disappoint millions who cannot wait to see if this new handheld is the real deal. It seems that us Europeans will have to look over in envy at those North Americans who will get a release before the end of the year along with the Japanese. Its a long time to wait.. Maybe a 3DS for Christmas instead.

The PS Vita is priced at £239/289 in the UK, €249/€299 for the Euro users and £249/£299 for those lucky Americans.

New Playstation Vita screens leaked

With E3 just days away, Sony are preparing to blow all of our little minds with the official presentation of the PS Vita. Judging by these screens that have been leaked, The hype could well be justified. For a hand held gaming device, The screens of Uncharted and Wipeout look absolutly stunning. The question is, Even with all the impressive tech and specs.. Is it enough to survive in the ever increasing smartphone gaming world.

Fifa 12 Player Impact Engine

EA's development of the Fifa series over the last decade has definitely had its ups and downs. Being the kings of Football gaming until Konami brought out the very successful PES series. With Fifa now back on top they could rest on there laurels, But with there latest trailer, It is clear to see that EA have no intention of just churning out the same game every year. The all new Player Impact Engine is one of those improvements that could well and truly change the Fifa series and possibly football gaming forever. Player physics have been improved so much that player collision look incredibly realistic, Which could take the fluidity of the game to a whole new level.

Daily Gaming News 01/06/2011

With news scattered all around the web about various types of gaming news, Its hard to keep track of all of it. Therefore, My handy little Daily Gaming News Blog shall keep all you gamers happy keeping up to date on the most important, shocking and weirdest news that the gaming world has to offer. Here we go...

Call Of Duty Elite

Call Of Duty Subscription!! We all knew this day was gonna come sooner or later. Call Of Duty have announced there venture into a subscription based service for the franchise which will give gamers the choice of giving Activision extra cash. The service will offer Stat Tracking, Access to DLC (Presumably early?) and thats just about it so far.. Activision haven't released much more information about the service. But you can be sure that with the millions and millions of Call Of Duty fanboys sitting at home behind there mics, cursing and swearing while there mums can't hear them, That this service will have plenty of people queueing up for an extra piece of COD pie.

Playstation Vita

This is the brand new name for the recently announced Playstation NGP (Next Generation Portable) It seems that the NGP wasn't sexy enough for Sony along with the rumoured PSP2. The Playstation Vita or PS Vita looks to be the lite, flowery choice which tickled the cold nipples of Sonys breasts. It will take time whether fans will take to the new name of the NGP but it can only be said that if Nintendo can get away with the "Wii" Then Sony can get away with calling it pretty much anything.

As it is late, This will be a short blog but stay tuned for plenty Daily Gaming News and lots of E3 2011 updates, Big week ahead!
